what is
claire madison creative?
so many good things.
claire madison creative is my outlet for creativity and expression. it's a culmination of everything I love to do and want to share with you.
I never want to limit myself creatively, which is why I made this outlet for all of the things I love to make: photos you cherish, prints you can hang in your happy place, and paintings that resonate with you.
I am starting with the foundation of things I love to create: photos of you and those you keep close. I want them to look like you.
photo lighting and style may change...and that's how I want it to be. I am more committed to bringing your vision to life and experimenting with light that feels true to you than delivering photos you've seen elsewhere.
01.
origin story
born and raised in Ohio, this state is my home. I love the plush greenery and golden hour warmth (6 months out of the year, that is).
02.
day job
I completed my clinical doctorate of occupational therapy in 2024. now, I work as a school-based therapist where I get to make sure kids feel like they belong at school. plus, summers off... pinch me!
03.
experience
I grew up in the digital camera era, when taking photos with your friends in the mall dressing rooms was second nature. studying studio art during my undergrad years helped me appreciate technique, light, and the opportunity to play with different photography formats.
04.
guilty pleasures
dinner with friends, coffee in any form, sleeping in on saturdays. if there is a Jeni's around, I'm probably there.
