an ode to friends who have found their person
There's something so precious and steadfast about this kind of love, one that's been through every teenage and adult version of each other, and still chooses to grow together. An evolving, deeply-rooted love story. I've been itching to share these photos and the love that shines through them for so long!
From long (long) distance, to moving back home, fixing up a home together, and training Mr. Scout, Braylee, and Chad have made their life together... and it's only the beginning.
We started out shooting in front of their first home together. Scout was a paid actor. We explored nearby parks, and, as a first-time visitor to Pittsburgh, I was amazed by the greenery and open spaces. So vibrant, simple, and inviting.
Shooting for your friends is so fun because you get to see their partners love them for all the reasons you do, and then some. Anyone who knows Braylee knows her as a force for good with a humble heart and playful spirit! It's so special seeing these things through the camera lens, and I'll never take these sessions for granted.
Cheers to 2026 weddings, and a love like Braylee and Chad's.
